Sales and service team
At Bakels Senior we operate with a qualified sales and service team that, each of them in their own region, is responsible for the sales of the Bakels assortment and the realisation of the level of service set by the Bakels organisation.
Criteria on which the external colleagues mentioned above are selected are reliability, customer orientation, commercial skills and technical knowledge.
These aspects are being evaluated internally on a regular basis and are supported by additional training.This is why the team takes on the challenge to meet the high expectations of our customers with enthusiasm and confidence.
Test and demonstration bakery
Supporting the sales and service team Bakels Senior has an up to date test and demonstration centre where next to working on product development, groups of customers are welcomed for product advice and demonstrations.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Save products and a guaranteed quality level are core responsibilities of our Quality Assurance and Quality Control department. Our ISO 22000-2005 quality system and our BRC-issue 6 certification (covering HACCP) are also guarded and maintained by QA/QC. Within the organisation the Bakels QA/QC department has an autonomous position and therefore operates fully independent.
